here are reasons why swachh bharat wont work 1) politicians want cow and dogs to roam around in streets 2)municipal commissioners,DDCs and others pay money to get posted. So cleanliness is last thing on their mind. 3)Those who want to do work are sidelined. 90% of ministers at state level donot know anything except how to make money in tenders or transfers.

The railway department is apart of "swacha bharat aviyaan".The railway tracks are dirty due to lack of good drainage system. So the enviorment is unhealthy and uneasy to foreign tourisms .So i suggest that to make good drainage system in tracks and make safety urinals in all compartment .Thank You. Road side urinals are necessary, TO avoid maintenance and cleanliness. The urinals can be made of sand. There should be high walls and the enclosed area to be filled with sand of 4 to 5 feet. The direct sunlight and rain will do the work of rest work of cleaning and maintenance.

The step for the swachh bhart are the very good. after the starting of swachh bhart abhiyan the people are really interested for cleaning.but i have an problem that i'am living in urban area and very nearly to the NH-1 but there is no dustbin and no municipality vehicle to collect the the wasting. so total garbage are putting near the house in blank area. So the best step for the swachh bhart abhiyan is sucess then please order to municipality to collect the garbage door to door...

Start a urban waste procurement company with an idea collecting recyclable waste materials from house holds. Attract people by saying " gIVE WASTES, TAKE Money", people should be paid in bank account if they give you recyclable waste material in pure form. Also collect biodegradable wastes IN PURE FORM from houses to send them to make manures. Also pay them. This might me just few rupees but people will like to save wastes for you in return for money. Only pure form is acceptable to you, just say
