Why at each and every place in relation to Bank,Government office we need to submit a hard copy of each id proof.
It should be online.i.e.No Need of hard copy of proofs will be required.
In each and every Government office like for eg.PPF offices , ESI offices ,Banks ,Post offices ,Income Tax department for registration of PAN No. And ecah and every where the birth proofs or death proofs are required should be linked to a common server from which the concerned official will take those document

In Karnataka, all the medical officers of the Government hospital are now Birth Registration officers so the registration of the birth takes place in very systematic way by them and very simple steps (only for hospital delivery). This can be adopted across the country.
