Due to development of slum rapidly in major prime areas of city, the crime and other nuisance activities develops in the city which should be controlled by immediate enforcement during development.

Encroachment of Govt. land by slum dwellers and for temples by common people for self interest in Bhubaneswar city is a big issue which should be solved by enforcing activities when the encroachment starts.
