The man who taught us that In a gentle way, you can shake the world, beginning his new innings with his 150th birth anniversary. He has left the legacy of teachings of morality, self-sufficiency, forgiveness, non-violence and satyagraha, etc behind him. Now, as the world is rapidly developing and growing in different dimensions , there are some areas which needs to be concerned for sustainable and inclusive development .

With these pedagogies in understanding, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti invites you here at this digital platform for an open and free flowing discussion where you can share and discuss your valuable ideas.
These ideas can be further utilized by Samiti in conducting different programmes dedicated to mark the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi.

Last Date for submission is January 30,2020.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, more commonly known as ‘Mahatma’ (meaning ‘Great Soul’) was born in Porbandar, Gujarat, in North West India, on 2nd October 1869, into a Hindu Modh family. His father was the Chief Minister of Porbandar, and his mother’s religious devotion meant that his upbringing was infused with the Jain pacifist teachings of mutual tolerance, non-injury to living beings and vegetarianism.

Dear Mahatama, Truth and non-violence have been in the veins of our sanatan religion. As our religion is oldest of all, most of the practitioners of it had forgotten these fundamentals of it. You reminded these morals to people of this sacred land. You also advocated a physically and spiritually clean india. Under Swatch Bharat Mission, people are being awared about Cleanliness at and outside thier homes. But the other thing that left out is spiritual cleanliness. They should stop killing girls

Respected Sir, Everyone should join his favorite Khadi movement at the 150th birthday of Mahatma Gandhi. Everyone has to buy a thing from the government khadi company near us. Hair oil to Shoes is sold at Kathi stations. On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birthday, all the people of India should buy one thing at the Government Khadi stations. We can buy small items that are within our power. Everyone should rejoin the Swadeshi movement Thank you sir.

Mahatma Ghandhi You are an idol of inspiration, whatever is said for you is less. You immortal in every part ,You can hold me in chains, torture me and destroy this body, but you can never capture my thoughts.this is said by you and really your thoughts is not capture. Weak folk can never forgive, forgiveness is a virtue of strongmen. really I watch videos here everyday and follow the same path. Vande Matram
