There were men who built large empires by attacking others. Then those empires suffered counter-attacks. All those empires ultimately crumbled and vanished. Hundreds of millions died in such wars.
On the other hand, men like Robert Koch, Josef Lister, Edward Jenner and Alexander Fleming made it known that natural micro-organisms caused diseases and saved many more lives than that lost in wars. Their discoveries will continue to save more lives in the world through use of disinfectants, vaccines and antibiotics.
Yet, the former group remains much more vibrant in the minds of the common educated people than the other group who are the real benefactors of mankind.
This paradox will disappear if the school curriculums include inspiring narration of the tenacious mental and physical toil of the Scientists undertaking risky explorations into unknown realms amidst set-backs and even ridicule. The students will then place the second group in the deserved higher place of respect.

The secret of promoting creativity in Science is to facilitate a student to discover the joy of guiding nature to do the desired work by clever use of scientific knowledge. A student, in tandem with his/her level gets a kit to build a working model of a simple machine. Every mistake that makes it fail will deepen his/her insight into the mechanism. Ultimately it will be built correctly, bringing the thrill and gratification that nature responds equally well to his/her own creation.
Simple examples:
1) A model wind-mill with an elementary gear-system to turn a small horizontal axle at the base showing how the direction and magnitude of force can be manipulated by gears.
2) A model tube-well made of transparent material showing how the piston inside is creating suction and compression, how the valve is regulating the direction of flow of water and how the handle is providing favorable leverage in operating it.
The creativity so awakened will later lead to stellar achievements.

Investment and management, Globalization can add multiple dimensions. Ideas can come from anyone, anytime that needs to be collected how mygov site is doing.
