I want to make a humble request to make digital stalking a heinous crime with imprisonment of up to 3 years. Stalkers should be treated like a heinous criminals with no windows and 24x7 camera surveillance. Technology makes it is easy for stalkers to get away with no public appearance. They cannot be controlled by citizens without initial strict regulations. Stalkers hamper personal lives and the hope for a bright future. Getting social equality will bring equality in education also.
