Equitable growth is essential to sustain higher GER rates and hence what kinds of affirmative action could be suggested to reduce gender and social disparities in here.

Only financial support to every student of any class, caste and religion can promote education. Safety to girls can create healty atmosphere for their education.hostel facility to boys and girls may enhance learning attitude.

The means- cum-merits scholarship should be enhanced for backward and minorities and women. To provide safe and secure environment to women, the existing harassment committees should be revamped and made more powerful.
