Dear Sir, it is suggested to amend sec 498A to preserve the social fabric of our country. This law is heavily misused to harass & extract money from husband & in-laws. Please make 498A bailable & add a misuse clause to discourage false, unscrupulous complainants. Conviction rate in 498A cases is very low & it has the potential of making criminals out of ordinary men.

We are loosing our culture and if Govt can restore our old vedic culture then may eliminate the social gaps. In school (primary level) the students should be taught of basic ethics and their should be exam. Their should not be any reservation of caste etc even gender. We have RTE and NGOs should see that every child should be enrolled in class.
