While the general participation rates in higher education has been steadily increasing and today our HE GER is 21.5%, this is not evenly spread across social groups and women. Equitable growth is essential to sustain higher GER rates and hence what kinds of affirmative action could be suggested to reduce gender and social disparities in here.

ડીગ્રી એન્જીનીયર માં વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓને ફી વધારે હોય અને આગળ અભ્યાસ ચાલુ રાખવો હોય અને તેમના માતા પિતા ફી ભરી શકે તેવી પરિસ્થિતિ માં ના હોય અને વિદ્યાર્થીનીને આગળ અભ્યાસ કરવા દેવા માં આવતો નથી અને તેમના સપના અધૂરા રહી જાય છે એટલે સરકાર દ્વારા કોઈ પગલા લેવા જોઈએ.

1) महाविद्यालयों की स्थापना उपनगरीय क्षेत्रों में भी ज्यादा से ज्यादा की जानी चाहिए ताकि स्थानीय स्तर की महिलाएं एवं बालिकाएं अपने ही स्थान पर उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के अधिक से अधिक अवसर प्राप्त कर सके । 2) महाविद्यालयों में स्त्री/बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने हेतु शासन स्तर पर प्रोत्साहन की विभिन्न योजनाओं को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया जाना चाहिए ।

To increase the GER introduce some subsidies to the girl students from LKG to phd.Free education to the Girls in entire India.Reservations in some sectors employment.For higher studies give the financial assistance.

If really you want to solve problem of our country then focus on 2 area. first control the ever rising population by bringing 1 child policy. Second by increasing the education. Limit subsidy to only 3 members of the family. Education can be free to all but medical subsidy can be limit to one kid. Don't issue BPL card if family is not ready for sterilization process. For all of these action if we need to dissolve parliamentary system then do it before it is too late. Save our country.
