digitalization is must but not only in cities it should be reach in a common man and how its possible only through the availability of the power and the best way to resolve the power issue is the solar energy but it is too costly for a person who lives in any village.

All universities and UGC have digital infrastructure but need a suitably developed e-management system. The cost of this will not be too high when it is developed by NIC. With minor modifications all universities can use it. For effective e-government all universities shall adopt identical software to procure data regarding admission, administration and financial management..Some universities are spending RS.1.5 crore per one lakh students per semester which can be prevented.

One of the problems faced by employers with graduated from India is the difficulty in verifying certificates as some of them are in regional languages. State Govts. can setup a database and provide translation services automatically. The same can be accessed by employers, students and anyone who needs digitally. Not more gazetted officer signings, no more paper copies of certificates. May be HRD ministry can take up this and implement as a paid service for the employers.

Mobile networks, social media, and word-of-mouth should be used to inform people about the existence of these services and where one can access these. a mandatory tutorial, designed in the form of a game that requires no prior computer literacy, should be provided to all citizens as a prerequisite for unlocking access to the services.

To enhance the savings mechanism for IT Professionals and also to enhance the savings mode in India make National Savings Certificate Digital by linking to Aadhar No. This way any where in India you go you can purchase and encash the national saving certificate. A good move and will also increase the sales of NSC bonds and will make india stronger and these funds will help government build better infrastructure.
