Housing: Your dream of enabling every Indian family to have their own house by 2022 can only come true when there are some restrictions on the prices of the properties. When an individual constructs his own house, it merely costs Rs 1000000 for land and Rs 1500000 for construction which is Rs 2500000 for the constructions of close to 2000 square feet home. This in the form of flats or apartments costs close to Rs 8000000. To enable everyone to have their own house, we must put some restrictions.

I am suggesting a mechanism, where the vehicles are fitted with front facing camera. In the go these cameras will record everything happening in front of them and send this steaming video to a centralized server. These thousands of videos then can be used for 1. Tracking any mishappening on the road. 2. Tracking any rule violation 3. Trainings 4. Better management of traffic (diversion etc.)

Income Tax: we see lot of other taxes being imposed which results in dual taxation. I would like to suggest of one straight tax (income tax) of 30% irrespective of different salary slabs. If my net earning is Rs 1000000/-, I must pay Rs 300000/- as income tax irrespective of any investments. This would result in increased collections and would help people to come out of dual taxation system where people pay income tax and then taxes on each and every thing again.

Education: I would like to suggest specialized education system. When I say specialized education, I mean students must be allowed to study only one subject of their choice after 9th standard. If one is comfortable and confident in Physics, then he/she must be allowed to focus all his/her energy on that subject to become expert in that field. Weight of school bags need to be reduced to allow students to focus on subject of their choice.

I have a view regarding the filing system being used in all gov offices...go and visit any office..u will see pile of files and papers.if we have to digitalise india we have to digitalise our gov offices.....it will not only save time and manpower but also be a step towards clesn and green india...remember all these papers are made by trees....so what is to be done...set up a lan neywork in all offices...all communications and proceedings to be done in soft copy...this will make system faster

Respected Modiji, first of all heartiest congratulations on taking over as PM of India. Lots of hopes have surfaced up again and we are sure that not only the good but the best days are going to come and stay forever. Your leadership and ideas on youth and future of India has given reasons to people to smile again after long agony. I personally wish you all the best and I am assured things are going to change 360 degrees which will result in better and empowered India.
