All cases registered at police station should me made online along with details like date, time, category, officer who is handling case, progress, etc. More over there should be provision to file various issue not registered at police station due to any reason. I think this will make investigation faster , effective and clear.

Machines never make mistakes untill it is programmed to do 1.. India technocrats must try nd replace maximum things with pre-programmed machines(eg..traffic police with computers.. dsnt mater if the offencer runs away.. bt the machine will note his vehicle's num nd send a fine to his/her address.. this stop the corruption.. nd rishwatkhori done by few blots of traffic police)

corruptions in india has spread out its root in various office and organisations but one of the major corruption in india is in the police stations , so my dear prime minister should take a big step in reforming the indian police and make a organisation like cbi which can keep an eye on the police.
