I left my job last year December and wanted to start a internet based proprietorship business. As per law, the only registration needed was VAT. When I went to a nationalized bank, they refused to open an account without 2 government registrations. Policies like this force people to create falsified documents. And then Banks claim that they detected frauds. The RBI governor needs to revisit these policies and create a better environment for startups.

sir, i would like to share my view that... any kind of payment made to the government should be ONLINE or directly in govt bank account. NOT IN CASH like the traffic challan payment, license fees, Municipality dues, or any kind of payment. this will helps to stop the corruption. moreover any govt. employee would no be able to charge wrong amount.

Govt. should not depend on the existing Univ./Colleges and AICTE/UGC type failed institutions for the highly ambitious Skill Development programme. Take it as an opportunity to involve pvt sector at grass root level and later on this model should be replicated in higher education also. GOVT SHOULD DISSOCIATE ITSELF FROM THE FAILED INSTITUTIONS OF UNIV. GRADUALLY & FOCUS ON PRIMARY EDUCATION ONLY.

We should start a "Check if my street is Clean" campaign. If every person sees to it that his or her own street is kept clean the whole country would be cleaned up.

I would like to propose an E-Governance model to our PM. In this model, the birth certificate, tax, medication, education records for an individual will all be linked and interaction must be possible digitally with the government. I.e. U can request a passport through a digital application instead of standing in a long queue at the passport office. There are other positive implications as well. But, this id only possible if all citizens were identifiable with a unique id.
