3. INDUSTRIES – Industries is the main part of the development of city, Also the location is important, it should be in outskirts of the city. Industrial area divided into various categories like factory based industries and office based industries. In Belagavi existing industry areas are of factory category and mostly located near udyambag, SEZ near hattargi, and all the KIADB areas

2. TOWNSHIP- new township is constructed near the CBT by removing old building, in multi floors and other land is used as for public infrastructure

I am suggesting some of the points to make smart city in better smart way.
Basically city is divided in various hubs like industrial hubs, commercial hubs, residential hubs, IT BT hubs, new satellite towns, Govt offices.
1)GOVT OFFICES- We know our Belagavi city is projected as a second capital city of Karnataka, and also it is one of the divisional headquarter in Karnataka. Divisional HQ should be constructed in future. As of now it placed xyz places.

BELAGAVI – We all know Belagavi is projected as second capital city of Karnataka, smart city. It should be made such as a MODERN CAPITAL CITY AND SMART CITY.
As it as mainly divided into Belagavi north, south and rural, city is developing towards north south and east Belagavi

We can use plastic and electricity and convert them to oil and then the oil can be refined and converted to diesel, Kersoene etc. Check this video
