The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

MAKE VOTING MANDATORY:- The government should make to implement for the voters to compulsory exercise their franchise in polls. As the government gives holiday at the time of elections to caste the franchise. But it is not utilised by the most of the voters. The compulsory voting the citizens who fails to caste vote should be declared has defaulters and has to be penalised. The gravity of the fine should be looked by the government.

For development of India, it is necessary to work in 24 hrs round the clock shift. In india, the rules exist for night shift works. But there is no monetary compensation or luring action, by which a person get motivated to works in round the clock shifts. Also there is no age limit of working in shift duty. As shift jobs also effects the health, so there must be free health services for them. If a person sacrifices his festivals & social life for country, it must be paid back also.
