The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

There has to be a mix of both. Every subject should have a project involved where students work in real scenarios. This helps students to see practical implementation of theoretical aspects learnt in classrooms. The students will get grades for their work based on their work and understanding

I request to Govt of India please keep govt hospitals clean. Because i have seen the condition of Sri Maharaja Gulab Singh (SMGS) Hospital Jammu. There were lots of cockroaches and rats in the waiting halls and wards. The sweepers in the hospitals are corrupt they run after the money and do not clean hospital properly. Toilets are in burst condition. No drinking water is available in the hospital.

I am salaried employee of J&K state in private sector. I want to ask Govt. of India why our state not make Provident fund online so every employee of this state can easily see the balance of his PF by PF Number like other states. Govt. has launched the website 'http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/check_uan_status.php' This site has option for J&K but we cannot check the status for our state. Other websites returns the message like 'This state does not not have a EPFO office'.

In India as finiacial condition of lower class is very poor and for them making there children study metric in school is very diffcult after that getting job is more diffuclt and whole there education is of no uses Instead we should start skill development school which start from primary along with basic education and there interest field (Like graduate and post) . Like Carpneter , Electricain , Minning, Cvil , Automobile , First Aids Managemnet like like many ..
