One of the major challange in Indian Education System is the lack of practicality and exposure. The policy should be framed in such a manner that the students get opportunities to interact and learn from the existing environment. Learning by Experience is very important. Government needs to invest in ICT in education. The teachers also need rigurous training. Value education based on Indian ethos is the need of Hour. Students should be told about the glorious history of India based on scripture

The PreKg,LKG,UKG classes could be cancelled all over India to make an identical structure with government schools. With such systems existing government can't plan any common new plans for every child. They ought to offer different plans based on their type of school.Instead of these pre schools, working mothers should be allowed to take their children along with them to office & crunch should be made available for them.

The present education system is not fulfilling the gap between Government and Private Institutions. When we compare the ratio between these, the Private Institutions will get more percentage. They giving enough salaries to teachers & invests more and more money to shape the students’ talent. This helps the students to get more knowledge. So the government should stop to pay more salary to teachers instead they should allot more money to enrich the quality of education in India.
