Ensuring access to higher education is critical to mobilising greater participation thereby increasing the Gross Enrolment Ratio. How can we address the issue of skewed access to higher education which will reduce existing regional disparities and why have existing schemes failed to resolve these gaps.

Provide the quality education system in each villages of india and also the teachers have the knowledge for providing the right education to students.

Lets use the administrative/teaching expertise of institutions in regions that are doing well to improve the performance in regions that are not doing so well. This can be achieved by designating well performing institutions as mentors for their poorer performing colleagues. With IT and communications technology being what it is today this can be achieved over long distances. Let central institutions facilitate this process. Let key performance indicators be decided based on mentoring performanc

VERY STRONG PRIMARY COMPULSORY EDUCATION. TEACHERS OF GOVT SCHOOLS ARE NOT EXPOSED TO LARGER PERSPECTIVE. STUDENTS NEED TO KNOW THEIR RIGHTS.

First of all we should be very clear about us i.e India - we are neither developed, developing nor underdeveloped country rather we are UNDERMANAGED country. We failed to exploit (+ve sense) our sources and resoureces due to which we failed to manage five 'M' of Management which is vital for growth, improvement and development: Money Manpower Method Machinery Material If we failed to manage above things effectively and efficiently then we will never have excellent SPELT system.

no pre examination training programs for economically backward classes candidates but for sc and st may they are rich ride in car but holds the bpl card so its enough for them to prove there selves poor idiots

sir i rohan mangate wants to tell you that the competitive exams which are been conducted are taking fees in which concession is been given to sc st but not to economically backward students so there must be some sort of provision on this
