Ensuring access to higher education is critical to mobilising greater participation thereby increasing the Gross Enrolment Ratio. How can we address the issue of skewed access to higher education which will reduce existing regional disparities and why have existing schemes failed to resolve these gaps.

The driver for any change is sentiment. I was born in Gujarat where people had to travel miles to get water and had to migrate out to do trade to prosper. Now see the same state. A few years back, Alwar had ground water available at 200 feet which now is at only 20 feet just by the efforts of locals using simple check dams. But, yes to remove disparity, this requires much more especially quality education and respect for women.

However, what can be the reason that inspite of abundance of natural resources, they lag behind. It may be due to communications like dedicated corridor like golden quadrilateral or Railway/road infrastructure. But with GOI taking suggestions directly from Citizens, probably this will change. Imagine places like Dubai doing trade by setting up a quality airport where people spend their money for buying what is not produced there. These are the tricks learnt from India from the days of Silk route

I have studied in the North east region and found that people there are more cultured and behaved than where I live now, the NCR even though they are less fortunate. Same can be said to some extent for western region like Gujarat, Maharashtra etc. It may be that they are away from the Power center and hence sycophants are few. If we ensure that these are the new centers of development and drivers for trade, one will find that the regional disparity will disappear.

THE SYSTEM IN CBSE MUST ENSURE THAT THE PERSON WHO SETS THE SYLLABUS CAN TEACH IT,THE SYLLABUS IS RELEVANT AND LIMITED TO THE CLASS REQUIREMENTS,THE TEACHERS ACTUALLY KNOW AND MAKE THE STUDENTS TO UNDERSTAND,THE QUESTION PAPER TESTS THE ACADEMIC KNOWLEDGE,NOT RESEARCH ACHIEVEMENTS FOR PH.D SCHOLARS. FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE IT IS A THREE HOUR EXAMINATION AND THESE GUYS TALK ABOUT TESTING APPLICATION,ANALYTICS,CONCEPTUAL ETC. STUDENTS ARE NOT LIKE THESE COPYCAT INTELLECTUALS COPYING BOOKS IN LIBRARY.

IN CBSE SYLLABUS AND EXAM TORTURES,It is not a question of in-syllabus,contextual,analytical,33%-77% etc. It is about recklessness in the system,because the system does not HOLD ANYONE ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS SADISTIC MISADVENTURES ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF LAKHS OF INNOCENT STUDENTS AND DESTROYING THEIR SPIRITS. THIS IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE ENTAILING PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION TO ALL THE STUDENTS RUNNING INTO THOUSANDS OF CRORES AND LIFE TERMS IN JAIL FOR THE CRIMINAL MISADVENTURISTS.

It is not a subject specific issue,the issue is all encompassing,English to Business studies to Physics to Mathematics. It is a systemic malaise,a malady existing in processes,procedures and executions, a total system corruption and collapse. The people occupying the system are reckless,irresponsible,unaccountable ,sadistic and mischievous. They are making merry at the misery of lakhs of students lives,their futures,spirits and lives. The system must ensure simple & direct accountability.

CBSE TEACHERS ,ESPECIALLY THE GOVERNMENT TYPES HAVE SO MANY EXCUSES AND PROTECTIONS AGAINST CALIBRE AND PERFORMANCE.THEY TEACH IN THE LEGAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENT WAYS, AND IN NO WAY NEAR THE STANDARD OF TEACHING EXPECTED TO SOLVE ÁNALYTICAL' QUESTIONS YEAR AFTER YEAR. READING FROM THE BOOKS AND COPYING ON THE BLACK BOARDS DO NOT BUILD ANALYTICAL SKILLS EVEN FOR THE TEACHERS, THEN HOW ABOUT THE STUDENTS. SO IT IS A PHENOMENAL FARCE THAT IS BEING ENACTED IN CBSE TO VICTIMIZE AND VANDALIZE THE SPIRIT

THE CBSE SYSTEM ITSELF IS ENCOURAGING MISCHIEF.EVERY MANIAC IS ASKED TO CONTRIBUTE HIS OWN SHARE OF MISCHIEF,WITHOUT HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE IN ANYWAY FOR THEIR SUGGESTIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE SYLLABUS ,PROCESS AND PROCEDURES. APART FROM SIMPLE UNACCOUNTABILITY, RAMPANT CORRUPTION IN PRINTING BOOKS EVERY YEAR ,PRINTING SO MANY UNWANTED AND UNUSED SUPPORT MATERIALS MAKES THEM TO GO HAYWIRE TO SOMEHOW CHURN OUT SHITTY GARBAGE AND MAKE MONEY. THE PRESENT CBSE SYSTEM,PROCESSES,PROCEDURES MUST BE IMMEDIATELY SCRAPPED AND THE TEAM SACKED FORTHWITH.THEY ARE INSANE AND AN INSULT TO HUMAN INTELLIGENCE TO SAY THE LEAST. A BUNCH OF IRRELEVANT AIRHEADS WHO HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. IF THEY SET THE SYLLABUS THEY MUST TEACH AND MAKE THE CHILDREN UNDERSTAND. IF THEY SET QUESTION PAPERS THEY MUST BE MADE TO SOLVE THE SAME WAY LIKE THE STUDENTS. MERELY ASKING THE MORONS TO SUBMIT REPORTS IS RIDICULOUS.
