India is so diversified that only Hybrid system will work to satisfy local and global aspirations. The text books up to secondary should be in two languages- Local and English. The student be taught both the languages from day one. One page of the textbook in local and the same page in English translation. It is the choice of the student to answer in local or English. By the time he is in Higher studies - he does not need choices but shall go for the best for his future career and development.

Surely, there is need to identify existing disparities if any and should be addressed at the earliest keeping in view the regional aspirations. there is every need to use same yard stick to address the similar kind of problems and the moment we don't use such yard sticks we actually create disparities our selves

I wander why is central government opening four central institution in AP and not in a state like bihar. Where people don't even have access to schools? People of bihar are serious this time and will make sure a voting like delhi.

accepting regional disparity ,resources disparity can be of advantage for development of curriculum.Take it as advantage for internationalization

1)Take Edu. Management to village level. 2)Allow Village Panchayat to care for school functioning along with gov. This will induce lost education culture among villagers. 4)'Flexible Curriculum' to include additional booklets concerning region's history/culture so that villagers can include/feel education as part of their culture. 5)Teach primary edu. in vernacular lang. so that children understand with ease, communicate effectively n confidently n develop confidence before taking English.

I would request the Govt. to set up Central Universities in hilly areas of the country so that the students there can get quality education without having to leave for bigger cities.

Regional disparity is like taking away the right of a student which leads to extra burden on the student for the same. Like the economical weak zone will not have the same School college or University compared to good economic zone. Let us build the IIT and IIM or any other good institute where most of the people can not make there livelihood on day to day basis. These educational infrastructure will automatically give some inportance to that place need and unaffordable people need not strug

Let us take the case of Rajasthan- IIT is located in Jodhpur, Central university is located in Kishangarh(Ajmer) and thus the centrally funded institutes are distributed over different cities of the state. On the other hand, states like Odisha, rated at the same footing as Rajasthan on Academic Development, all central institutes are located at Bhubaneswar. This creates a regional divide.

I have found a lot of regional disparity in formulation and composition of various committees. The same persons who were there for the past 30 + years are continuing. What is the credibility of these expert committees of UGC, CSIR, DST, DBT etc. if new blood is not included especially in Sciences because old has to give way to new. There are several Professors of Universities with great calibre whose services have not been utilized and they have just retired from service.

Would appreciate that if it is made compulsory for the schools to have at least 2 students from each state of the country and curricullam should contain at least 1 chapter from each state Indian freedom fighters scientists and other personalities from various fields and from various states should be included in curriculum IT based curriculum should be made compulsory schools should be provided with free WiFi for teaching purposes in all semi urban and rural areas
