What is good in a particular well administered school with motivated teachers may be disastrous for a poorly administered school.Hence all India level examination from primary stage like class 3 should be in place to judge the quality of education. Teacher's salary / increment may be linked on the improvement index of quality in performance in all India level examination. Emphasize on physical education, social responsibility, confidence building, public speaking etc. should also be considered.

Grading system must be removed from School Education System ,Grading System making students backbone weak , When Grade system will be removed it will make students prepare for today's toughest competition ..

Students from poor families are in disadvantage because of state govt syllabus. Textbooks of state govt syllabus are more like college books with lot of text without images. Even images are black and white. There should be common syllabus for Science and Mathematics for all the schools in India. All schools should follow CBSE syllabus for Science and Maths. State syllabus students can't compete with CBSE students during national and international level entrance exams after 12th and Graduation.

Govt School infrastructure both in rural and urban area is pathetic. The municipality run school fare worse than rural schools. Municipalities role in education should be stopped. State govt. should take direct control of these schools. State govt. should ensure same level of facility and infra across the state be it rural or urban. Model School bldg with pre-approved plan and costing should be made suiting class size, terrian

ovt should look into the issues of deficient education in rural areas. Problem areas are teachers truancy and infrastructure. A mechanism should be put in place where these problems are checked. Perhaps, govt assistance including salary should be linked to performance of students and enrolment.

one country one board ... too many board destroyed standard and creates job disparity . A ISCE board student always prefer over state board then what is the point of creating state board ?

In world,4 billion people are speaking English,because of its easy and shortness. Also it has only 26 letters.We can go anywhere in the world through English. All states accepts English.All the subjects to be study in English in all schools.
