Ensuring access to higher education is critical to mobilising greater participation thereby increasing the Gross Enrolment Ratio. How can we address the issue of skewed access to higher education which will reduce existing regional disparities and why have existing schemes failed to resolve these gaps.

Under RTE act schools are being blackmailed.Being a hindu to run a school in india has become a difficult task as all Laws and RTE act are being faced by the schools run by Hindu management. Others fall in minority staus(muslims, Sikhs,Christians & jains) This is promoting conversions this was the policy of Kapil sibal (Ex.HRD minister ) and congress as their focus was to create trouble for the schools run by Hindu managements. This is an act of disparity.

It is important to create more colleges by not just giving a name and a building but appointing permanent faculties, infrastructural requirement like hostels for girls etc.

देश के हर बच्चे को सबसे पहले देश दिखना चाहिए न कि उनका राज्य या क्षेत्र क्योकि इससे देश की एकता व अखंडता बाधित होती है हमें शिक्षा नीति बनानी चाहिए क‍ि बचपन से ही बालकों में राष्ट्रीयता का भाव जाग़त हो
