-EVERY YEAR FIRST GOVERNMENT ALLOCATES FUND FOR TEACHERS TRAINING & DEV. PROJECTS TO STATE GOVT. & AFTER THAT IT IS ALLOCATED AT BLOCK LEVELS IN EACH DISTRICT.REALITY IS THAT NEITHER SUCH TRAINING R FRUITFUL FOR TEACHERS NOR FOR COUNTRY . - FUND IS MISALLOCATED - SKILLED TRAINERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN EACH STATE FOR ALL BLOCKS. SO SUCH TRAINING SHOULD BE ORGANIZED BY CENTRAL AUTHORITY ONCE IN A YEAR FOR EACH STATE FOR IT ESTABLISH A SPECIAL WING.

i will suggest that in government school problem is poor management, so under ppp model few works should be handover to private sector through contract-- -BIO METRIC ATTENDANCE OF STUDENTS & TEACHERS THROUGH CENTRALIZED SERVER SYSTEM.( AS BANKING SECTOR) -MDM PROJECT SHUD NOT BE UNDER THE SCHOOL AUTHORITY. THIS PROJECT IS PROMOTING CORRUPTION AT SCHHOL ND EDUCATION DEPAT. LEVEL AND TEACHERS R DISTRACTING FROM THEIR CORE WORK OF TEACHING.

To see functionality of the skill and knowledge with attitude and aptitude, institution should be linked to micro industry for experienced based learning. This will also enhance social understanding, the importance of the product, nationalism, team spirit, etc.Depending upon the need to enhance of knowledge to a learner, they may berecommended for higher level of knowledge. Merely qualification in terms of passing exams.is the wastage of economy. They must commit to serve against this investment.

The foundation for higher education should be the curiosity towards the area of knowledge and the aptitude. It may be open to all but not for ineligible learner. I illustrate it with the example. One person without social value is equipped with the skill of making arms and ammunition will be the only threat to he society. Minimum and the topmost eligibility for any area of skill and knowledge is relevant attitude and the positivity towards the said area.

Please make the functioning and funding of charity organizations for children easy to function and spread their activities to serve more helpless children or orphans. We no longer want roadside children suffering malnutrition, suffering. Let charity organizations and government become their parents and rehabilitate, educate them. Their parents can visit them but cant take them unless they prove an assured job or income for them to support children.

Hi.. I want to raise a specific issue regarding private and govt. schools. Students, may be rich or poor first belong to students of nation then they belong to their family and parents. When they reach their schooling age they are discriminated as per their family status. Rich students go to private schools and poor students go to Govt schools. Even wards of ministers and govt employees and even Govt. school teachers prefer private schools in comparison to govt. schools. Solution img attached..
