Nothing in this section shall be constructed to derogate from the provisions of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), or any rule or order made under that Act, and nothing in sub-sections (4) and (5) shall be constructed to apply to any goods entrusted for carriage by order or on behalf of the Government or to any goods which a soldier, sailor, airman or any other officer of the armed forces of the Union or a police officer or a member of the Territorial Army of the National cadet Corps may take with him on a railway in the course of his employment or duty as such.

However passengers tend to carry inflammable and dangerous materials like firecrackers, petroleum products, explosives etc., resulting in fire accidents and loss of human life.

Suggest solutions for reducing fire accidents due to carrying of inflammable materials by passengers.

Very important to make the system in such a way so that agents cant purchase the ticket neither online nor from the counters. This is really horrible they capture all tickets and real passengers face so many problems due to this.

Ministry of Railway having number of USER'S CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL AND COMMITTEES and they are 1. Railway Users' Consultative Committees at the Divisional levels;2.Zonal Railway Users' Consultative Committees at the Headquarters of each Railway and 3.National Railway Users Consultative Council at the centre:but what I found the railway officials are not paying much importance to the said committees and making a flop show, the reason being most of the officers are behaving like British Monarch

Building a good security system at each railway platform to make sure that inflamables or explosives are not being carried by any passenger. the security measures should be as good as any airport in the country.

Every train engine should be fitted with Digital Camera which should record every journey and it should store data for last 2 journey's. I case of any accidents or mishap, it will record and will help agency to find out what went wrong.
