Section 67 of Railway act prescribes that:- ...

Section 67 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. No person shall take with him on a railway, or require a railway administration to carry such dangerous or offensive goods, as may be prescribed, except in accordance with the provisions of this section.

2. Non person shall take with him in a railway the goods referred to in sub-section (1) unless he gives a notice in writing of their dangerous or offensive nature to the railway servant authorized in this behalf.

3. No person shall entrust the goods referred to in sub-section (1) to a railway servant authorized in this behalf for carriage unless he distinctly marks on the outside of the package containing such goods their dangerous or offensive nature and gives a notice in writing of their dangerous or offensive nature to such railway servant.

4. If any railway servant has reason to believe that goods contained in a package are dangerous or offensive and notice as required under sub-section (2) or sub-section(3), as the case may be, in respect of such goods is not given, he may cause such package to be opened for the purpose of ascertaining its contents.

5. Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, any railway servant may refuse to accept any dangerous or offensive goods for carriage or stop, in transit, such goods or cause the same to be removed, as the case may be, if he has reason to believe that the provisions of this section for such carriage are not compiled with.

6. Nothing in this section shall be constructed to derogate from the provisions of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), or any rule or order made under that Act, and nothing in sub-sections (4) and (5) shall be constructed to apply to any goods entrusted for carriage by order or on behalf of the Government or to any goods which a soldier, sailor, airman or any other officer of the armed forces of the Union or a police officer or a member of the Territorial Army of the National cadet Corps may take with him on a railway in the course of his employment or duty as such.

However passengers tend to carry inflammable and dangerous materials like firecrackers, petroleum products, explosives etc., resulting in fire accidents and loss of human life.

Suggest solutions for reducing fire accidents due to carrying of inflammable materials by passengers.

प्लेटफॉर्म पर ही सख्ती से जजांच की जाये।ज्वलनशील सामग्री पर कड़ी सजा दी जाये। बीड़ी सिगरेट से भी आग लगती है।रेल के अंदर हो या प्लेट फॉर्म पर,बबेचने वाले और पीने वाले,कड़ी सजा डदी जाये

ONE OF THE MAJOR PROBLEM IN RAILWAY IS OVER CROWDED PLATFORM AND TRAINS.TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM WE NEED A RAILWAY SOFTWARE APPLICATION FOR THE MOBILE PHONES BY WHICH WE CAN BOOK GENERAL TICKET,TATKAL TICKET,SLEEPER AND AC CLASS TICKET,GET RUNNING STATUS OF TRAINS,GET TRAIN ARRIVAL& DEPARTURE ALERTS OF THE DESTINATION, STATUS OF RESERVATION OF TICKETS,KNOWN CURRENT RUNNING STATUS OF RESERVATION WHILE ON TRAIN FOR TRAVAILING,AND THIS SOFTWARE ALSO HAVE A FACILITY TO TAKE HELP FROM RAILWAY POLICE.

if we observe in both sides of any railway track we will see that bottels cup plate etc.by this our india become dirty.i have an idea for removing these types of things so that we can make a clean india. We can catch these types of materials or things by electrostatic charge.in child hood everyone would have learnt that when we rub pen with hair paper pieces stick with pen due to electrostatic charges.another method is create a vaccume near track then all material is sucked by vaccume machine

Please, arrange 5 helicopters for indian railway in this budget session.one for north railway,one south ,one west,one east railway.for reaching or to facilitate in accident as soon as possible.helicopter आसानी से accidental site पर पहुच सकता है। और ये 1 डॉक्टर और कुछ special machines भी site पर जल्द से जल्द पंहुचा सकता है। क्रपया feedback जरुर दे फिर और भी बहुत कुछ बतायेगे कि क्या करना चाइये क्या नहीं

Carriage of flammable material in Passenger train is very dangerous this should be banned in all forms. Pantry car wagon should stop using them in form of Petroleum gas and use electric stove/burner.

मंत्री महोदय ,क्या रेल ओवरब्रिज निर्माण कार्य शुरू होने के लिए बजट सत्र में राशि मिलेगी ?4 बार शिलान्यास हो चूका है लेकिन आज तक निर्माण कार्य के लिए राशि नहीं मिली है |कई बार घटनाएँ घट चुकी है |

NTES mobile app should also have the features of PNR status and Seat availability status. This will reduce the requirement of multiple apps.

wake up reminder from 139 should also have the facility of setting the time margin.( i.e. alarm should be 30 minutes before or 60 minutes before or 15 minutes before)

The bedding should be provided in totally sealed envelop. And the no. on which complaint regarding bedding may be lodged should be compulsorily written on the envelop
