However passengers tend to carry inflammable and dangerous materials like firecrackers, petroleum products, explosives etc., resulting in fire accidents and loss of human life.

Suggest solutions for reducing fire accidents due to carrying of inflammable materials by passengers.

My view for the Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh. I never had any experience dealing with Delhi police. I lodged a FIR no.D.D.No. 7A dated 28/01/15 regarding non delivery of the original Bonds of Shahara India of my 80 year father in law to SEBI at Navi Mumbai and with great followup the courier replied that they are not able to search it. The Barakhamba an award winning PS on face of it is practically non functional. Since 28th January nothing has been done.

Indian railway can collect money from general public for developmental work online by creating aadhar+bank account input system where residents can contribute for devlopment of railway starting from Rs 1 to any amount they can. Citizens may receive part of profit earned by railway according to their investment each year. The investment may be revoked after 10 years if required. This scheme will be successful like jan dhan yojna.

Formal Risk assessments must be made mandatory in all Railway zonal offices and stations with a view to prevent mishaps. Inputs for risk assessments can be solicited from railway staff, train drivers & guards, also from members of the public on social media. Many mishaps can be prevented by good risk management practice and the costs of accidents, disruptions and recovery can be minimized.

Honorable Railway Minister, Suggestions for Fair dispersal & Boarding of passengers. In all railway coaches there are minimum four doors for passengers use. Out of 4 doors just two are always facing to platform where railway has stop, so like BUS in Train coaches also compulsorily one door should be marked only as entry of passengers & other door should be marked as door only for exit. Monitoring duty of this should be given to RPF, then transition of passengers will happen smoothly.
